Relationship Therapy
I believe that as humans beings, relationships are integral to our existence, and healthy development. When we are children our most important and influential relationships are with our parents but as we grow and reach adulthood, this changes to romantic relationships being the most influential.

We are know the honeymoon phase of a relationship never lasts but this can still come as quite a shock when it happens, our first disillusionment with our partners can stick with us and over the course of a relationship more are bound to happen, especially when we experience significant milestones or situations together. Sometimes we can work through these in the relationship and sometimes we may need some external support and that is where couples therapy comes in.
Some of these milestones and situations that can challenge our relationships may be:
-
Constant arguments/ conflict within a relationship
-
Lack of trust
-
Infidelity
-
Unmet needs within the relationship
-
Opening a relationship/exploring Polyamory
-
Trying to conceive a child
-
Infertility
-
Pregnancy loss
-
Becoming parents
-
Death of a child
-
Divorce
-
Becoming a blended family/step-families
-
Conscious uncoupling

My aim as a Relationship Psychotherapist is to help you, as the couple, to work through your relationship difficulties and find the right solutions for your relationship.
